HOW TO PREPARE
Traditional (Usucha):

Sift 1g (½ tsp) of matcha into a warmed bowl or cup
Add 70ml of hot water (70–80°C — not boiling)
Whisk in a W or M motion until frothy and smooth

Matcha Latte:

Whisk 1g matcha with a small amount of hot water to form a paste
Steam or heat 200ml of your preferred milk
Pour milk over the matcha paste and stir to combine

Tip: A bamboo whisk (chasen) gives the best froth, but a small handheld milk frother works well too.
